Products and Delivery Areas

At KØGE Design, we specialize in selling furniture, lamps, and home accessories. We deliver our physical products to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Note that for Switzerland, we currently only deliver small products.

Delivery Options

We offer several delivery options to meet the varied needs of our customers:

  • Doorstep: Delivery to the entrance of the home or building.
  • In the customer's chosen room: Delivery to the room specified by the customer.
  • Assembled and installed: The product is delivered, assembled, and installed by us.

For bulky items, an appointment is scheduled with the customer before delivery. All "doorstep" deliveries are free. Other options may incur additional charges depending on the weight and volume of the product.

Delivery Times and Fees

Delivery times are generally one business week but may vary slightly depending on the destination and product availability:

  • In-stock products: Shipping within a few days.
  • Products to be produced: 8 to 12 weeks of preparation before shipping.

We use different carriers depending on the size and destination of the shipment:

  • DPD for small items and deliveries in Switzerland.
  • C Chez Vous for bulky items requiring an appointment.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

We are currently working on implementing an order tracking system. In case of loss, damage, or delay, we are committed to offering a satisfactory solution. Customers can contact us at hello@kogedesign.com for any delivery issues.

Packaging

We use classic brown boxes that ensure the safety of our products while respecting our commitment to the environment.
